About Leah

Hi! I work as a swim instructor most of the year, but fill my time with childcare work during the cooler months (Nov-March). Open to occasional care work as well as recurring jobs. I've done babysitting and nannying for over 15 years - working in Houston, NYC, Alabama, and Mississippi. I've cared for kiddos from 3 months to 16 years of age. I also have 8 years of volunteer experience working with kids and adults with disabilities. Through those volunteer opportunites as well as caring for my own sister, who has Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome, I've gained invaluable experience in learning to adapt to a wide range of abilities, behaviors and personalities. It's incredibly exciting to find new ways to engage children and help them grow. I've got a great attitude, a lively personality, and will always put your kids first. Let's chat!
