About Leah

My name is Leah, I am a kind, gentle, empowered 29-year-old woman. I am wonderfully passionate about caring for children as I see them each as unique individuals who will grow up to be the next generation! I grew up as the oldest of 7 children, so I've had a great amount of real-life training caring for children of all ages. I was a Personal Care Attendant for 2 years at age 18, caring for children of all ages with mental health issues and handicaps. I was a nanny of twin 3 yr olds + 1 newborn for over a year and enjoyed every moment of it! I have experience homeschooling and tutoring both with my own siblings and several previous families! I love applying a gentle, Montessori way of caring for children, as well as creating routines to help children feel safe and stable within the home. I am a part time henna artist of 7 years and I'd love doing arts and crafts and getting creative each day with kids! I also love being in nature and would be more than happy to explore with your kids!
