Leah was a great nanny for our son. He was 3 months old when she started, and he loved her immediately. She is very experienced with young infants, as well as older children, but it was really important to us to have someone with infant experience. She was extremely familiar right off the bat with all of our baby gear, schedules, naps, etc., which made it very easy for us to feel comfortable having her. If our son hadn’t started day care, we would still have her! Highly recommend.
