About Lea

As a caregiver, my passion lies in children's development. With 3 years of experience, I have cared for up to 5 children at a time, ranging from newborns to 11 years old. My educational background includes some college. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I'm also a Doula, have CPR Training, and am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I communicate with parents through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup, or in the way they prefer. I'm comfortable with pets, and I'm willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. My hope is to make a positive impact on the lives of the children in my care. I believe that every child deserves a chance to grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.
