About Lea

Hi! I'm Lea, a 21-year-old graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Biology, and I'm available to tutor through August 24th. I specialize in Math, Science, and English, and I tailor each session to fit the student's learning style. I earned a 30 on the ACT and bring firsthand experience with effective study habits, test-taking strategies, and building confidence in students of all ages. I focus on breaking down challenging concepts into clear, manageable steps using visual explanations, practice problems, real-life examples, or hands-on activities. My goal is to create a patient, supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and strengthening both their skills and problem-solving abilities.
