About Layla
Experience: 5 yrs
Hi! I'm Layla, a recent Syracuse University graduate with a degree in Social Work and a minor in Human Development & Family Science. I have 5+ years of professional daycare experience, along with babysitting experience for multiple families in Syracuse and experience working in an elementary school with children from Pre-K through 5th grade. My background has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely love getting to know each child and their personality!
