Laxmi has been our nanny since our daughter was 9 months old. We are parting ways with her since our daughter is now almost two and ready for daycare. Laxmi has been truly amazing and we could not recommend her enough. She is exceptionally warm and caring and our daughter adores her. Laxmi is reliable, extremely punctual, and trustworthy. She is always flexible with parents’ schedules and open to staying late or helping over the weekend if needed. Over the year that she has worked with us, she has become an extended part of our family. Laxmi has done a great job with setting a feeding and sleep schedule for our daughter and we always feel confident that our daughter is well fed, rested and cared for when she is with Laxmi. We did a nanny share with another family for part of the year that Laxmi has been with us and Laxmi did an amazing job with both the kids. She was always present in the moment, singing and playing with the kids, and most importantly a loving and caring presence around them. Laxmi has been a great asset for our family and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family in need of childcare.
