My parents are both physically disabled and I've also taken care of them. This type of personal care doesn't typically exist in the traditional healthcare setting. To be honest, I enjoy providing such services, which is more intimate. I truly feel like it is the perfect fit for me! I can provide companionship, assistance with bathing & dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, assistance with feeding, medication management, and transportation to & from appointments. I do have a wheelchair van for accessible transport. I am skilled in managing conditions and adapting to the changes in care needs. I also have experience and training with transferring safely using Hoyer/sit to stand lifts. I am honest, reliable & compassionate. And as a caregiver, I prioritize the safety, comfort and well-being of my clients.
