Laverne was absolutely fantastic with my 81 years old Mom! She was attentive, caring, and flexible. She really worked well at learning what Mom liked, disliked, needed, and just overall what would be best for her. I would certainly hire her again because she has wonderful instincts and an overall caring nature.
