Candidate missed a pre-coordinated interview. 1) Candidate missed interview (1pm on October 30, 2020). Candidate was asked to confirm day after indicating we scheduled an interview when I did not schedule one yet. I assumed the candidate mixed up the applications and was engaged in multiple hiring processes. Which is always possible. Then the Candidate confirmed the date. 2) I sent the confirmation of the interview on the morning of 10/30/2020. Care.com confirmed candidate was not active for 1 day. (red flag) 3) Sent a message of concern and reminder at 1:15pm on 10/30/2020 asking if she was joining the interview. No response (red flag #2) 4) Candidate did not follow up or log in until 11/3/2020. (red flag #3) 5) Candidate sent me message on 11/3/2020 indicating she just saw my message, thought I was not interested, and asked to reschedule. (red flag#4) Candidate was inconsiderate and displayed unprofessional behavior during the hiring process.
