About Laverne

I assisted in taking care of a very close friend as she suffered with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I spent time as a companion taking her to Dr appointment and shopping. We also attended different functions and gatherings together until her passing in 2021. At the time he was in basically in good health, except for a heart condition, and COPD. As time went on his health started to deteriorate. I handled ordering his medicine and made sure he took each pill at the appointed time. We also spent time shopping and attending Dr appts. He also had to use a wheel chair which I assisted him with as we traveled to different destinations. He eventually became bedridden. I would watch over him along with daughter, as he was on Hospice care.
