I have 20 years of teaching experience. I have 12 years in the classroom and 8 years of tutoring. I have a minor in Child and Adolescent Psychology. I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham Wilson Program which uses a multi-sensory approach to learning. I am PBIS certified (Positive Behavioral Intervention Support). I have training on how to help students with Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD. I also have training with RTI and Singapore Math Model Drawing. While teaching I received model and master classroom in reading and comprehension. I have training in the Orton-Gillingham Multi-Sensory Reading Program for phonics and fluency.
