About Lavaun

Hi! I'm Lavaun--nanny/household manager with 7 years' experience, big sister to three brothers, and a new mama. I'm looking for a long-term part-time family in 2026 (As early as July). I've cared for only children, multiples/twins, and nanny shares (up to 4 kids), and I'm comfortable coordinating two families and rotating homes. I'm confident with preschool drop-offs/pickups, potty training, and creating smooth, fun days with structure: play, crafts, outdoor time, plus routines that build independence (getting dressed, teeth, meals) and emotional skills. Gentle, Montessori-inspired care. CPR/First Aid/AED certified, transportation, references available. I'm organized and love helping evenings feel easier--if the home is already organized and you're comfortable, I'll help with tidying and prep. Best fit with parents who work out of the home or have a separate office. I require a contract, guaranteed hours, being on payroll, and paid holidays when they fall on my scheduled workdays.
