About Lauver

Hi! Nice to meet you! My first name is Lauver and my middle name is Elianna, so I go by Ellie! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, endearing, and creative! I like working with kids because they have such a unique view of the world. I love empowering and caring for kids in a way that allows them to be themselves. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but mostly consistent over the summer. One in which communication is open and trust is key. My first official job caring for kids was when I was 15 and I worked as the Assistant Drama Counselor at Friend's Central Summer Camp. I have also taught young kids at dance camps and babysat for countless families in the Main Line area. Last summer I worked as a sleep-away camp counselor at Camp Dark Waters for 9 weeks! I worked hands on with kids ages 5-14. In my spare time, I like to dance, cook, read, and play board games! I am extremely adaptable and I work very well with quickly changing environment and improvisational situations.
