About Lauryn

I'd describe my personality as positive, friendly, and easy going! I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to not only help further a student's education, but also give them the one-on-one attention they deserve! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and part time. I started tutoring when I was in college, working towards my bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I tutored college students for their English class (writing, grammar, reading comprehension, etc.) In my spare time, I love to read, play tennis and pickleball, go to the gym, and spend time with my family and friends! One thing you should know about me is that I love kids, and it truly makes me feel accomplished every time they learn something! My skills include teaching reading, writing, and overall learning skills to make improvements in any subject!
