About Lauryn

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. With four years of experience caring for kids of all ages, I have the skills and knowledge to provide a safe and nurturing environment. I'm comfortable looking after up to five children and ensuring that household rules are followed. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to connect with children on a personal level, understanding their needs and interests. I believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I am currently a senior at Univeristy of Tennessee completing my degree in Social Work. I am also an Knox County School Social Work Intern and have experience as a Registered Behavioral Therapist. My skill set also includes swimming supervision, carpooling, light housekeeping, and cooking and meal preparation. I'm excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family!
