About Lauryn

Hi! I'm currently a nursing student graduating in Fall 2026 and looking for babysitting opportunities while I finish school. I have 2-3 years of babysitting experience from high school and the beginning of my time at VCU, caring for children ranging from 5 months old to 6 years old. I was also a trusted babysitter for my neighbors when I was younger and regularly cared for their children because they knew I was dependable and their kids enjoyed spending time with me. I love working with children, especially infants, and hope to specialize in NICU or Labor & Delivery nursing after graduation. My nursing education has strengthened my knowledge of child development, safety, and caregiving, and I strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every child in my care.
