Hi! My name is Laurie . As a lead teacher, I've enjoyed the many children I've gotten to know over the years in my Pre-K classroom. I always tried to make a difference in their lives through knowledge, fun, interaction, and genuine concern for their well- being. For the past 8 years I've been a Nanny to 2 children. I started when the girl was 5. I saw her off for her first day of Kindergarten, and now she's 12. The boy was 2 at the time and is now 10. I taught them how to play basketball, we went sledding for the first time, and much more. I grew to love them! One of my favorite things to do is listening to people, extending a handshake, encouraging them, and letting them know it was nice meeting them! I love gardening, swimming , drawing, nature, and traveling. I also love spending time with my 2 grown children! I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
