About Laurie

Hello everyone, my name is Laurie and I am a single mother of an intelligent, handsome young man. I have been babysitting, house sitting, running errands, watching animals, etc. since I was 12 years old. I pretty much have done it all. I am going to school to become a Nurse and right now I only have two classes. I teach kids in a different way so it sticks. You can always have fun and learn something out of it. I found it's the best way with children and it's never too late to start. We love to be outside and we are big reader's. My son currently is 3 levels ahead and is top of his class in gifted. We like to go to the park, ride bikes, go for walks, do arts and crafts, as well as play video games from time to time, but mainly we like to stay active. I cook good but healthy meals and love cooking on the grill. I used to tutor a little girl that is from a different country. Her and her family became good friends and she went from not passing at all to having almost all As and one B.
