Laurette was our full-time nanny for five months, caring for our son from age 7 months to 1 year. From the beginning, she provided excellent care. She engaged our son with constant play and interaction, reading to him, narrating what was happening, and finding creative ways to support his development. She even brought him a few toys. She regularly took him on walks, visited the library, and kept him active and stimulated throughout the day.

Laurette is reliable, attentive, and nurturing, with a calm and positive presence that made us feel at ease leaving our son in her care. She was also wonderfully flexible, stepping in early or staying late when our schedules required, always with a smile.

Laurette cared for my 6 year old daughter for several months recently when I really needed some extra help due to pretty much being a single parent for a short period of time while my wife was being deployed. My daughter connected with her well during the interview and they hit it off. I like that Laurette is mature and has the "know how" to problem solve. I was weary of having a younger person watch my child and care for the house.  She always worked with my daughter on homework and cooked her dinner. Read books with her and kept her entertained and happy.  When I would get home from work my daughter didn't want her to leave.  Her rates are fair and I don't mind spending money as it was well worth it.  Can't put a price tag on your kids well being and safety.  We did not have a set schedule due to my work hours but every time I needed her even in short notice Laurette was always there. Very dependable. I highly recommend her to any family they may be on the fence about who to pick.

Lauretta has cared for my children ages 7,2,2, and 10 months. I have been using her services for occasional care for over a year. The kids like her and she communicates everything that goes on w them. I will be hiring her again in the future.

Laurette has been such a joy for our family. She currently cares for my three sons 11, 7, and 5 after school. My children instantly connected with her! My husband and I were worried about our five year told who has mild autism, but he too connected nicely with Laurette. She is always punctual, dependable and very caring. Laurette is great sitter. She's very good with children and knows how to follow their lead. She has no problem preparing lunch and dinner and taking them to a park or library is no big deal. She's also very punctual. someone you can depend on when you need reliable childcare.

She has taken exceptional care of my daughter starting from the age of four months.  (As of the date of this referral my daughter is nearly 2.)  My daughter has a special bond with Laurette and always looked forward to seeing her, which as a working mom made it so much easier to leave her knowing that she was being loved and doted on.  While employed as our primary caregiver, Laurette was always prompt and flexible with our changing hours as needed.  She often did light housework without even being asked, including my daughters laundry.
