About Lauren

Hi, my name is Lauren. I would love to be considered in caring for your family member. I have over 25 years of childcare, senior-care, and special needs experiences. I provide care to clients of all ages and needs. I am calm natured, flexible, patient, reliable, able to multitask and pay close attention to details. Most of my experience has been in caring for multiple children with special needs, senior care and those with medical fragilities. I have CPR and first aid training, and other medical related training. I keep a tidy and organized workspace while following my client's household and care routines. While each clients needs are different, my approach in caregiving is to promote autonomy through engagement, patience and keeping a safe environment where the client can feel supported.
