About Lauren

I would describe myself as positive, flexible, reliable, happy, fun, creative, caring, and honest. I have always loved working with kids and finding ways to make everything fun for them (even homework). I truly enjoy the playful and resilient nature of children. I respect all unique differences and love to pay close attention to their individual interests and personalities. One thing you should know about me is that I have a masters degree in social work, have worked in everything from owning my own business, to being a travel agent, to doing clinical/behavioral therapy with kids age 2-18. I am a Colorado native and have a 19-year-old son in college whom I adore and was a stay-at-home mom for for most of his life. I have a clean driving record and can again be CPR and 1st Aid certified. I live in Evergreen. I have been nannying for children ages 4 months to 3 years old over the last 3 years.
