About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a college graduate with a BS in Kinesiology and certificates in Global Health and Promoting Activity for Diverse Abilities. Previously, I've had experience providing care as a Home Health Aide with individuals with memory loss from the early stages to end of life care, where I assisted with activities of daily living and responded promptly to other cares as needed. I also have had experience with the disability community, working with an adapted fitness program that sought to expand skills and improve independence among clients.
