This includes keeping a watchful eye on the child at all times, responding promptly to their needs, and providing a safe and clean environment. Laurent is very good at this. Laurent provided appropriate stimulation and engaged baby in developmentally appropriate activities like reading books, singing songs, playing with toys. Laurent kept us informed about the baby daily activities, including feeding, napping, and any notable events. Additionally, followed' instructions and worked collaboratively to ensure consistency in care. Based on her work, she exceeded my expectations.
