About Lauren

With 18 years of experience in early childhood education, I have worked with children from age 2 and a half, through elementary school. For the past 10 years, I have led my own 3s classroom, where I focus on nurturing independence, emotional regulation, and early academic foundations through meaningful play. What truly sets me apart is my heart for connection. I believe children flourish when they feel seen, heard, and secure. I model kindness, guide emotional growth, and create calm, predictable routines that help children build confidence and joy in learning. About me? I'm 35 years old, married to my best friend! We have a 12-year-old German Shepherd. In my free time I enjoy all things Disney, cruises and exploring new areas or trying different places to eat! I bought my first home in 2026 here in Winter Haven so I also enjoy spending time at home, in my little Oasis.
