About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren. I am a certified personal trainer and have over 10 years of nannying experience. I love working with kids, their zest for life, curiosity and love for play is something to be nurtured. I have cared for newborns all the way through age 10. I like to foster play and creativity. Being a fitness coach with an interest in athletics, a dance background and a strong creative side, play in sports as well as arts is part of my services. Nannying two kids through the pandemic, I understand the importance of not just their academic education but also their emotional wellbeing, making time for things like youth yoga, meditation and dance parties.
