About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm 25 years old. I love working with children and helping them learn while having fun! Play-based learning is so important for child development and encourages important connections during critical learning years! I also feel that one of my best skills is my ability to connect with children and help them feel cared for and listened to. A little background on me, I have 3 years of college education in vocational rehabilitation with an emphasis on social work and I'm a certified lead teacher with The Registry of Wisconsin. I work with children age 2-3 but I have experience with multiple age groups. I'm CPR certified, first aid, and trained on shaken baby syndrome. I have experience with lesson planning, the Pyramid Model, and over 200 hours of continuing education. Most importantly, I will always treat children with kindness and respect!
