About Lauren

I am a 38-year-old professional swing dance instructor, classical vocal coach, and piano teacher. I received my Bachelor's degree in Choral-Vocal Music Education from Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB. I studied Molecular Biology for 3 years before deciding to pursue teaching dance and music. I absolutely love animals of all kinds and own a mischievous 19-year-old cat named Jet. I've owned and lived with pets throughout my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, and birds many times. I work freelance, so my schedule is flexible to tend to pets' needs throughout the day. I have experience administering medications and love to play with animals. I have worked in a variety of settings, including restaurants, music halls, recording studios, summer camps, dance studios, tutoring, and babysitting. I enjoy classic movies, gardening, crossword puzzles, camping, and cooking. I look forward to meeting your furry and feathered friends!
