I interviewed Lauren (along with many others), but we ended up hiring a family friend who expressed interest. Lauren was our top choice had the family friend not applied. She has a lot of great experience and was very comfortable. I would have no concerns leaving my children under her care. She loves getting out and doing fun things with the children she watches - library, parks, etc. She's one I'd definitely keep in touch with.
