About Lauren

I'm a qualified teacher who recently got my master's in gifted education. I work in the Litchfield Elementary School District. I have been teaching for 13 years. Most of my years have been in 4th grade. I do have experience in grades K-5. I'd describe my personality as communicative, passionate, and driven. I like tutoring because I get to help children who need the extra boost of confidence in themselves. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and reliable. I started tutoring in highschool and took some time off after college. I'm ready to get back into it! In my spare time, I like to hang out with my family, go on walks, and read. One thing you should know about me is that I'm honest, communicative, and kind. My skills include adapting to each child, building a strong rapport with the family, and keeping your child engaged.
