Hello, I'm a 48 yr old mother of 2 kids (now adults) living in CO Springs. I have 25+ yrs experience in childcare, both traditional and special needs, including owning and operating an in-home daycare in Castle Rock for 7 years, and working as a nanny for the same family in Colorado Springs for 4+ years. I'm trained to be able to care for up to 10 children at a time, and I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I also have extensive experience caring for animals of all kinds. I have a clean background and I'm a non-smoker. I recently completed 2 years of service with AmeriCorps, so I am now open to full-time work.

Lauren has been watching my four children since 2018. One of my children has very severe ADHD and can be quite a handful. Lauren has always been absolutely wonderful with all of them. She was my nanny during all of the Covid lockdowns and was absolutely essential in saving my sanity and helping keep my kids on track with schoolwork. She has been helping to watch my daughter since she was about six months old. My oldest child is now a teen but still loves to see her whenever we can. Lauren’s expertise with childcare, organization/structure and communication as well as her artistic abilities and kind nature make her an irreplaceable care provider. We loved her so much and still do! I’m happy to say that not only did I receive quality care for my children, but a life long friend and extended member of our family.
