About Lauren

I love being around kids! I started out as a "mother's helper" when I was 11, and I always had fun playing, but I also took the large responsibility of another life very seriously. In the past two years, I have volunteered to teach younger kids how to read, and in the summers I was a coach for Pittsford Crew, coaching kids how to row and developing relationships doing the thing that I love. Babysitting has allowed me to be a role model for the kids I've watched and over the years, I have loved watching these kids develop into strong and intelligent young people. I chose Care. com because I want to be able to find a family who I can connect with, enjoying time with children and helping in any way I can.
