About Lauren

Hello! I'm a former school nurse looking for a job ASAP through early June. I have a contract with a summer camp in Maine and would consider returning to your family after my return in early August if it's a good fit! Prior to that job, I was a nurse case manager that supported new mamas through their postpartum period as they adjusted to motherhood, while monitoring baby's overall health & well being, growth, & achievement of appropriate developmental milestones through the 1st year of life. Before that, I was a Level II NICU nurse at Columbus Regional Hospital & helped with postpartum there as well. I am not a lactation consultant but feel comfortable enough to offer guidance & support to any mom with breastfeeding issues! I have moved on from bedside nursing & case management due to burnout, so I am enjoying the new pace & loved working with the students so much! However, I am missing my NICU days, so I would love to work with babies, but I am comfortable caring for any age! :)
