About Lauren

Greetings! My name is Lauren and I am an enthusiastic educator who is seeking a new career outside of traditional public schools. I have served over 15 years in public education as a middle and high school English teacher, elementary school counselor, and high school counselor. I am happy to share my resume with you! I began my career in education with Head Start, a beautiful early childhood program designed to help families and children who live on the poverty line. I have experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children. I am responsible, communicative, and structured. I recently earned my doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation. I am a current Systems of Support Advisor at a high school in McLean. I am a servant leader and serving others and helping children see their potential is my purpose.
