Lauren was our nanny for our 1.5 year old this past summer. She brought her to the park, read her books, played outside, fed her lunch, put her down to nap, etc. Our daughter can be shy at first/have separation anxiety but she warmed up to Lauren very quickly and is very fond of her. Lauren worked hard to connect with our daughter, and it paid off - it was so sweet to see our daughter be so comfortable and happy with Lauren! Lauren was also very good about keeping our daughter on a consistent schedule while still being flexible based on her needs (to which she was very perceptive). Even though our daughter has not seen Lauren in a few weeks now, she continues to say "Lolo" when doing activities that remind her of Lauren like drawing with chalk. It's very sweet. In sum, you'd be very lucky to have Lauren care for your children. She is kind, friendly, playful, responsible, mature, and incredibly reliable (never once late). We are so glad Lauren was in our daughters' life this summer!
