As the older children transition to fulltime (FT) summer camps & youngest joins daycare on a FT basis, my services are no longer required, prompting me to seek another family. My nannying style: proactive & engaging caregiver who takes joy in organizing enriching activities for children. Lauren is a breath of fresh air. She is a good communicator; relating to scheduling and giving us updates on the kids, and with our children. She sets clear expectations with the kids, and her gentle directness engenders both affection and respect. She has helped my parents before when they were taking care of the kids while we had a weekend away, and they loved her as well. She's a keeper.
