About Lauren

My name is Lauren (Lainey). have Nanny'd for 5 families with children ages 8 weeks to 6 years old. At Webster Child Care Center, I worked the infant/toddler room with ages from 2 months to 3 years old. I have worked with special needs children as well as all age groups through over a decade of babysitting experience. I have certifications with the American Red Cross for first aid/CPR/AED for infants/children/adults. I have taken college courses on early childhood development and education. I hope to resume school after moving to Philly. My philosophy in being a care giver for children is: patience, understanding, and care leads to trust; to play is to learn. Working with children and families has given me great purpose and joy and I look forward to working alongside side parents to give their children the best suited care I could provide.
