Hi! My name is Lauren, I'm 25 years old in the Kansas City area. I've been working in education for the past 4 years since graduating college; most recently as the Director of Before & After School Programming at an elementary school! I recently decided to leave to pursue my Master's. Aside from nannying and caretaking since I was 14, I gained valuable experience in my role as Director. I was essentially principal, curriculum designer, teacher, and operations for 160+ students, and I would love to bring these skills to your home! More than this, I believe all children deserve to know that they are seen, safe, and loved in the presence of their caretakers. With parents, I value communication and transparency. I understand how crucial of a decision your child's caretaker is; that is not a responsibility I take lightly. Experienced with newborns and special needs. I am Infant & Youth CPR certified, a non smoker, and references available from employers and parents upon request.

Lauren was so helpful with out little ones. She is timely And thoughtful. Each time we were planning something our kids would ask if lauren could babysit! Great with dogs as well! You can tell she really cares! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!
