I have always gravitated towards working with children. I began babysitting for my younger sister/family friends at a young age and continued to do so throughout High School. During High School I participated in an Early Childhood class for two years where we were taught how to teach and worked with preschoolers several times per week. I am pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I have worked at two licensed daycares, the first as an Assistant Teacher and the second as a Lead Teacher. I have also been a nanny for a few families. I am a lot like a kid myself, and that is what makes me an amazing candidate and addition to any family as their nanny. I'm fun. I love to draw/color/do crafts, I enjoy reading and singing. I love to play games whether it be physical ones or electronic. I love animals and I probably love Disney more than your children ever could. I'm a little awkward at times, but once you give me a chance and get to know who I am I promise I will surprise you!

We hired Lauren back when we were living in Illinois- I met her through a mutual friend. Lauren quickly became part of our family as our daughter connected to her immediately! Lauren is a very talented artist and my daughter loved doing crafts with her, in fact she still has a drawing of princess Belle that Lauren made her hanging in her bedroom! Lauren was very helpful and if my husband hadn't been relocated for work she would no doubt still be our sitter! I would love to write a recommendation letter to anyone looking to hire her! We love you Lauren!!!
