About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as being very high energy, super positive, and caring! I love being creative and coming up with ways to get people excited! I started working with kids when I began my job at the SOAR after school program! We are a non profit that operates out of 4 Springdale elementary schools and 1 Rogers elementary school. I have worked at SOAR for over two years and have worked with every age group from kindergarten to fifth grade. I love my job so much! I am very experienced with how to handle both large and small groups of kids, coming up with super fun activities and being a good role model. I am very consistent and devoted to my work and I prioritize safety over all else. In my spare time, I like to go rock climbing, play ultimate frisbee and take my dog for walks! I love being active and coming up with super fun, random activities. Being outdoors is what makes me really happy so I truly to get outside whenever I can.
