About Lauren

Hi there! I'm a special education teacher, newlywed and dog mom. I like working with kids because I love seeing the world through their eyes. Their natural curiosity & sense of humor always make me smile. I love seeing the pride in my students eyes as they've achieved a goal. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. From summer camps, babysitting & nannying jobs, internship placements and teaching jobs, each of my job experiences over the past 15+ years have involved working with kids. I've loved every second! In my spare time, I like to read! I'm a huge bookworm. I love to be outside, especially at the beach. I am an educator and am very passionate about what I do. I have two masters degrees in education and special education! My skills include a strong work ethic, a vast knowledge of child development and education, and a love of fun!
