My name is Lauren and I'm 25. I'm on my 3rd year of college, majoring in psychology with a minor in child/family development. I'm the eldest girl of 8 siblings so I feel like I've been in childcare my whole life, but I've been a professional nanny/autism aid for 5 years. My first full time service was to my youngest brother, when I was 21. I watched him from the time he was 3 months up until he hit a year, for 45hrs a week. My first professional gig was right after Covid and I worked with a family that had 4 kids. I was mainly hired for their 2yr old, but I also was in charge of their 3 other children when they weren't in school. I handled meal prep, drop offs, potty & sleep training, etc. Next I did short term nannying work while I worked on getting my certifications to begin autism work. Once completed, I worked as an autism aide for 2 years. I finished my last nannying job at the end of December due to me moving and I'm so excited to find the next family to serve and child to love!

Lauren is an amazing nanny and babysitter. We hired Lauren to take care of our 2 month baby part time for 32 hrs a week, and she also helped us with our 3 year old from time to time. She is kind, professional, punctual and communicative. Lauren made sure our baby was always happy, properly fed, cleaned and slept. Lauren engaged in a nurturing and stimulating manner with our baby, reading a lot of books, playing games and talking to him constantly. She took diligent notes and was on top of the day schedule. She also handled all baby needs like bottle feeding, diapers and clothes with no issues. Lauren is very kind and patient, and she has such a calm sense to her. Our baby gave her the biggest smile meeting her every morning. Both my baby and my toddler took to her instantly. She made me feel at ease to go to work or when taking care of my toddler needs. We only parted ways because our situation changed. We would definitely recommend her for a one time or a recurring position. Thank you Lauren, we really appreciate you!
