About Lauren

Hi! I have over 20 years of experience caring for children. I began nannying the summer of my junior year of high school and became a full-time nanny after graduation. I'm still close with my first nanny family; their children were just 3 months and 2. 5 years old when I started, and now they're in college! I later pursued careers in fashion and finance, working as an executive assistant, but continued caring for children part-time throughout those years. Ultimately, I realized my heart is happiest working with kids! I love encouraging curiosity, creativity, independence, and making everyday moments fun. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my husband, Matt, and our dogs, Archie and Willy, boating on our lake in the summer, trying new crafts, and doing puzzles. I hope to build a lasting, trusting relationship with a wonderful family!
