I am comfortable caring for children of any age, but have consistently had more experience with babies, toddlers, and children under 7 years. I am creative, organized, and absolutely love helping kiddos learn and grow! Adventures in nature to the beach or parks to explore, and fun craft and movie nights at home are always the best! Lauren is wonderful! She worked with us for 3 months caring for our baby from 3-6 months old (4 to 5 days a week). She is grounded, patient, and caring. She always put baby's needs first and made sure he was peaceful, rested, fed, and learning. Our baby was not inclined to nap and Lauren was fantastic at facilitate sleep in a gentile way (we don't do cry-it-out). She's a true gem!
