I have a warm, kind demeanor and have over eight years of experience in babysitting and nannying. I have had experience babysitting all ages from newborns to young teenagers. I have nannied a range of ages from 3 months old to 8 years old. I have had occasional babysitting jobs with the other ages and am use to sharing my attention with multiple children at a time. Lauren provided a warm, consistent presence for our three children (ages 7, 7, and 4 months as our summer nanny. Lauren was flexible and hard working and did what she could to make our busy lives less hectic: she was especially helpful with food prep which lifted a huge burden from us. She was easy to communicate with. Lauren was also very patient and kind with our seven year old who was having a rough emotional time this summer. Lauren also respected our strategies for parenting, food sleep schedules for the baby etc. Our family loves Lauren and we would hire her again if we had it to do over!
