Lauren is very outgoing, and friendly. She has a wonderful personality and is always consistent. Reliability is her main priority. She's babysat for my nephew quite a few times and has done an amazing job with him. He's just under a year old, and his parents keep him on a strict schedule and she always follows it perfectly. She's never been late, and is always willing to compromise when it comes to babysitting hours.
