My name is Lauren, I am currently a professional career nanny, and have been for over 6 years. I also am a newborn overnight care provider and am accepting new overnight clients currently. I also was a special education elementary school teacher briefly. As well as a substitute teacher in both private and public schools for 3 1/2 years. My experience includes extensive hands-on work with newborns, infants and toddlers, mainly birth-5. My philosophy includes taking aspects from play-based learning and Montessori inspired learning. I hold an A. A. S. in Early Childhood Development with two certifications in Early Childhood Development & Early Childhood Education and a B. S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with double minors in Education and Recreation & Wellness! I'm also CPR, First Aid, AED, Water Safety certified and am very experienced with allergy safety and EpiPen administration.
