About Lauren

Hello! I am an experienced nanny with a background education in child development. Currently I am searching for a new family to nanny full time with. Unfortunately, my current nanny family is moving at the end of March & because of my circumstances I can't follow them:( I am dedicated & passionate towards my approach with childcare. I practice a gentle approach guiding children to be intentional thinkers. I do have experience working with multiple children at a time. My current job I nanny a 3-year-old toddler & his 9-month-old brother, whom I've worked with since he was a newborn. I can understand how overwhelming parenting can be so I feel beyond lucky to be able to provide families with the support & community it takes to raise children. I am hoping to find a family who values such things & who I align with their parenting strategies(though I always respect & practice parents approaches even if they differ) I am available for phone interviews as well as meeting in person.
