I hired Lauren to work with us at our nanny agency. Lauren provided care for many of our families as an occasional and back up caregiver with children ages: infancy - tweens. Parents remarked on her kindness and playfulness, and she was requested back over and over. One fortunate family connected with Lauren and began booking her full time. They noticed numerous positive changes in their child's temperament throughout the time he was in her care.
