About Laurence

I'd describe my personality as loyal, caring, professional I like tutoring because I like to help the person to gain the confidence needed to improve. I have taught summer programs in different countries. I also was a volunteer to help the Docent art program teacher in my son's elementary school and it was so enriching to see their personality through art and see them grow. I'm looking for a job that is purposeful and meaningful, where learning, honesty and caring are important values. I started tutoring when I was in college throughout summer camps in Europe. When I moved to the US I taught in an elementary school in California. I also did proofreading French/English for a translation company. In my spare time, I like to hike, bike, read, learn, fix my house, do mosaic floors and not the least I'm artistic and love to paint murals. One thing you should know about me is that I'm passionate.
